1. Return on grounds of regret

According to Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, you have up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product to request a refund if you bought it online.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging and with all accessories.

Refunds will be made after analysis of the returned product.

2. Defective exchange

If the sneaker has a manufacturing defect within 90 days, according to Art. 18 of the CDC, you can request an exchange or repair.

The product will undergo a technical analysis to confirm the problem.

If it can't be repaired, you can opt for a new unit, a voucher or a refund.

3. Product not as ordered

If the sneaker you receive is different from the one you bought, we follow Art. 35 of the CDC, guaranteeing an exchange at no extra cost.

The request must be made within 7 days of receipt.
